1. Original Fine Art
When will I get my order?
Original paintings are typically fulfilled within 3–7 business days and then shipped.
Estimated shipping times:
USA: 5–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
All original artwork is carefully hand-packed and shipped directly from our studio in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.
2. Hand-Signed Giclées & Limited Edition Prints
When will I get my order?
Hand-signed pieces require extra time because each print must be:
- Professionally printed
- Shipped to Christy for signing
- Reviewed, repacked, and shipped to you
For this reason, hand-signed giclées and limited edition prints may take 2–4 weeks (10–20 business days) before shipping.
Estimated shipping times after signing:
USA: 5–8 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time.
3. Print-On-Demand Giclées (POD)
When will I get my order?
Print-on-demand giclées are produced by our professional printing partners. Fulfillment typically takes 7–14 business days, but during busy seasons may take up to 2–3 weeks (10–15 business days).

International: 10–20 business days
Where will my order ship from?
POD giclées may ship from different printing facilities depending on your location to ensure the best quality and quickest delivery.
Delivery Issues
My order should be here by now — what should I do?
Before contacting us, please:
- Check your shipping confirmation email to ensure the delivery address is correct.
- Check your tracking link (if available).
- Check with your local post office.
- Ask neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.
Pro tip: If you won’t be home on delivery day, ship to a secure address to prevent package theft.
If everything appears correct and the package still has not arrived, please contact us at info@kinardstudio.com with your order number.
If your delivery address was entered incorrectly, we can resend the order once it is returned, but shipping costs will be your responsibility.

How do I track my order?
If tracking is available, you will receive a tracking link when your order ships. If you have questions about tracking or shipment, email us at info@kinardstudio.com.
I received a wrong or damaged product — what should I do?
We’re very sorry if this happened. Please email info@kinardstudio.com within 7 business days with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or wrong item
- Any helpful details
We will make it right as quickly as possible.
Returns
What is your return policy?
All art sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at info@kinardstudio.com.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only if you received the wrong item or a damaged item. Please notify us within 7 business days with photos and your order number.
Can I exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges. Every piece is custom produced, printed, signed, or packed specifically for your order. All sales are final.
